Zimbabwe will this year, host The UNWTO Communication, Media and Tourism Training in Africa workshop on 13-15 November 2023 in Victoria Falls.
This has been revealed at an engagement between Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) and United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO).
Zimbabwe Tourism Authority Chief Executive, Ms Winnie Muchanyuka, signed a hosting Agreement with the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) Secretary General Zurab Pololikashvili to be held at the Majestic Town of Victoria Falls.
The workshop will see the convergence of all the members and affiliates to the UNWTO Regional Commision for Africa in Victoria Falls.
The high profile tourism event is expected to positively impact tourism sectors in Zimbabwe and across Africa.
