The serial land baron, Kenneth Raydon Sharpe’s illegally grown empire has received little or no thumps up from the members of the public who thinks that his real estate projects are marred with a high degree of corruption and thieving.

This comes after he recently launched his Pokugara houses under the banner of West Properties, whose land was controversially acquired from the City Of Harare after failing a deal on the construction of the Harare Airport Road.

This was before he crooked Businessman George Katsimberis in a botched Joint Venture Agreement.

Curiosity is now driving Sharpe to make public appeals for the validation of his estate  projects which were acquired at the back of dirty hands.

His sentiments received negative comments from many people where he struggled to to respond properly.

An X (Tweeter) user disqualified Ken Sharpe’s business ideas on investing with his companies amid doubtful methods of land acquisition.

“From reading the comments it appears your methods of land acquisition do not pass the smell test, so no, not interested in your portfolio.”

Another X (Tweeter) user reminded him of Augur Investments, one of his bogus companies that was used to grab the Borrowdale prime land.

“Is Auger Investments for sale?  Smart Harare City  land robbers. I guess you are externalising every cent …coz its a matter of time.”

“From the looks of things it seems all those acquiring property from you, are risking losing everything in the mere futur……,” says another X(Twitter) user.
