With few weeks remaining for PAP to hold it’s 44th Extra Ordinary Session of the Executive Council and Elections to fill in the vacancies in the Bureau, Gayo continues to make frivolous and vexatious claims against the Acting President of the Pan-African Parliament Hon Lucia and Clerk Ms Lindiwe Kumalo.

This comes after the AU reinstated the positions of the two after the Second Vice President Dr.  Ashebir W. Gayo instituted a number of retrogressive reforms that merely costed PAP’s reputation.

AU set aside the elections dates which were set by Gayo and mandated the Acting President Hon Lucia to convene an Extra Ordinary Session of the Executive Council with the  consultations already in progress.

The development has left Gayo and his team in a more precarious position with their preferred candidate, Hon Miles Sampa of Zambia already facing dismal failures coupled with adversities at his home country in Zambia.

Joseph Kalimbwe being used by Dr Gayo to peddle lies on Social Media

Meanwhile, Gayo’s hired gun, Joseph Kalimbwe continues to misinform X/Tweeter followers by peddling falsehoods against the Pan African Acting President Hon Lucia and the Clerk of Pan African Parliament Ms Lindiwe Kumalo.

“At the Pan Africa Parliament, Clerk Lindiwe Kumalo has created her own rules that are breaking the PAP Rules trying to pay back corrupt Charumbira. Members have vowed to deal with the couple if they attempt to use procedures that break any PAP Rules towards the elections !!!”

The above statement is a signal of a desperate attempt by Gayo through Kalimbwe to cause another period of uncertainty at the Continental Legislative Board.

Since the reinstating of Hon Lucia and the Clerk of Pan African Parliament, Gayo continues to fight PAP’s Official Leadership.

By interfering with issues of the Southern Regional Caucus, Gayo does not have the Loca Stand to do so as a representative of the Eastern Caucus.

As it stands, Gayo does not have the Loca Stand to interfer with matters of the Pan-African Parliament Southern Caucus.
