The move is set to dymisfy untold stories regarding the socioeconomic progressions of the indigenous churches in the country.
This will also see an active participation of Zionist/Apostolic churches taking a leading role in advancing matters of sustainable development and empowerment at all levels around the country.
In an interview with Apostolic Christian Council of Zimbabwe (ACCZ) Registrar, Bishop Kudakwashe Shumba said the largest Christian board in the country has moved a step further in allowing active participation of all Zionist/Apostolic churches to embed matters of sustainable development in their programming.
This comes amid ACCZ is scheduled for a national conference to be held later this year.
“When we entered 2022 one of the agendas on our programming list is to do with involvement of all Zionist/Apostolic Christian Churchs in matters of empowerment and sustainable development. We have already cascaded all the messaging to all the indigenous churches so that they take note of the major developments for the year”
“Empowerment, Sustainable development and Church leadership are some of the major issues on Agenda on the upcoming ACCZ National Conference to be held later this year.”
The conference will also look at issues around the impacts brought about by the era of COVID-19 lockdowns on the socioeconomic progressions of Zionist Apostolic churches in the country.
Statistics reveals that the Apostolic sects around the country consists of more than (7)million of the Zimbabwean population and thier involvement in matters of sustainable development will also contribute to the stabilization of national economy.
